Thanks to Peggy for another find in the Carse of Gowrie between Perth and Dundee. Peggy wrote; "At the back of a relatively new housing development, behind a fence stands the one remaining Sequoiadendron giganteum said to be planted by Patrick Matthew on his own land. Fortunately the current owner of the parcel of land was home and so she led us back to take a look at the tree (which she is happy is leaning slightly away from the house) and to snap a few photos. This tree is as large as, and seems to be of a similar age, as the two Megginch Castle redwoods. The co-ordinates are: 56.412776, -3.187142"
