Achnasheen - The Stables / Ledgowan Lodge (Ross & Cromarty)

Giant Redwoods - June 2007

Thanks to Tam for finding another two Giant Redwoods in Scotland. He says "Again by the roadside on the A832 at Achnasheen there are another two Giant Sequoia. It was impossible to get good close up photos showing the whole of either tree and I had to settle for a few close ups and one from a distance. The house next to them is called The Stables and I believe the name goes back to when Ledgowan Lodge which is nearby was a hunting lodge."
