Charlton Marshall - A350 (Dorset)

Thanks to Nick for supplying the location of this Giant Redwood in Charlton Marshall which now has a Tree Preservation Order. Nick wrote to say "It is on the A350 in Charlton Marshall, Blandford, Dorset. The North Dorset tree officer did not believe we had one." I am pleased that such a lovely specimen has been noted. Mark wrote to say that the tree "is in the grounds of Charlton Manor which was rebuilt in 1849 and I believe the tree dates from that period."
