Giant Redwood - October 2018

Thanks to Keith for the above photographs of a Sequoiadendron giganteum and details of its location and measurements in October 2018. Keith wrote; "Location: NS 98082 99715 - estimated Height 31.52m - girth 5.3m. It is stunted slightly at the top. I also learnt that there are several other specimens on the estate but not in public areas but they hope to open them up next year so I will return and follow this up." Giant Redwoods - October 2019

It was good to hear again from Keith in October 2019. He wrote "I revisited the area yesterday and found two more Sequoiadendron giganteum at the garden. Here are the details: Sequoia 1 - NS 98720 99568 - girth estimated at 10.5m. Good condition. Sequoia 2 - NS 98747 99660 - good condition no measurements taken." That makes three Sequoiadendron giganteum found by Keith at this location.
