Yeovil - Montacute House (Somerset)

"A pair of Giant sequoias along the walk west of the house" There are a few redwoods along this walk. The tree on the left has a girth of 7.12m @ 1.50 and the tree on the right has a girth of 7.59m @ 1.50m. - August 2021

Thanks to Aidan for another entry to include on the list of U.K. Redwood trees! He wrote ""Back in early August we visited Montacute House near Yeovil in Somerset. It is an Elizabethan mansion owned by the National Trust with many lovely trees in the grounds and surrounding parkland."

"An interesting Coast redwood. It is one of many coppiced specimens along a drive west of the car park. I measured the tree at the narrowest point around all of the stems and got a measurement of 6.75m @ 30cm." - August 2021
