Stamford - Burghley House (Lincolnshire)

Thanks to Craig for this photograph of one of the four Redwoods he found in Lincolnshire. This one is in Burghley House, a sixteenth century Elizabethan prodigy house, with its park laid out by Capability Brown. A very fine specimen Giant Redwood and I spy a young one inside a protective fence, just to the left of the bigger tree. So actually that's five Craig has found in Lincolnshire!
