Northfield - Ley Hill Park (West Midlands)

Thanks to Terry for sending the above photographs of "a couple of Giant Sequoias from Ley Hill in Birmingham, West Midlands (N52.424152, W1.981380) One of them measures 5.10m at 1.5m. in 2008" The coordinates that Terry supplied show that the area is between the roads of Holloway and Merritts Hill.

Thanks to Neil for sending the above superb photograph of one of the Giant Sequoia in Ley Hill Park. In February 2016 he measured the tree and by his calculations these are its dimensions: Height: 24.5 metres Girth: 5.8 metres.
