There are three Wellingtonia in the churchyard off Wilmore Street. People have written to ask about the brown patches on their Redwood trees in the Autumn and the photograph above right shows what is the normal dying off of some foliage at this time of year. Most trees encountered in September/October had evidence of this occurence.
