Manaton - Heatree Activity Centre (Devon)

Thanks to Trevor for sending a photograph of a Giant Redwood in Devon. Trevor says, "The famous setting for Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "The Hound of the Baskervilles" - Heatree House - is now the Heatree Activity Centre near Manaton, TQ13 9XE. It has a fine Redwood in the gardens. I was informed that Heatree refers to the "Heavy Tree" - the aforementioned Redwood. My photograph shows the tree from inside the grounds, however, you can see it from the air (great shadow) and from the front drive entrance using Google street view."

Trevor also sent a photograph of Hound Tor nearby, a classic shot of a famous location.
