| This was the third Giant Redwood spotted along the Llangollen canal. This one stands in the garden of Canal Cottage. On a visit in 2010 the current owner was justly proud of a young Giant Redwood growing in a pot. She explained that she had put in lots of seeds from cones gathered from the tree and just one germinated. |
