Great Dunmow - The Downs (Essex)

The Giant Redwood at Green Corner House was built at the same time as the house itself, according to the present owner. A brick in the house says "July 1882", making them both nearly 127 years old in 2009. Apparantly the first owner of the house was called Mackenzie.
