Thanks to Peggy for sending the above photographs of Giant Sequoia on her travels with David Sibbald in Dumfriesshire. Peggy says; "We went to Friar's Carse, the home of Robert Riddell (a patron of Burns). On his grounds are at least four Wellingtonia. We took the coordinates for the tree on the road (N 55 08.754 W 003 41.263) and photos of three of them. Another was in the distance by the river but we didn't have time to hike over to it."
