The owners are justly proud of this Coast Redwood which stands in the garden of a house near to Milsoms Hotel and Restaurant. In terms of its height it is in the top ten of all the Sequoia sempervirens that we have seen so far in the U.K. There are many other nice trees in the garden including this young Acer.
The wooded area in the adjacent grounds contains a Giant Redwood. It was too crowded to take a good photograph nevertheless its details are included below.
