Cleethorpes - Haverstoe Park (Lincolnshire)

Chris wrote to say; "I am a big fan of the big guys! There is a dawn redwood local to me. It is located in Haverstoe Park, Hardys Road, Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire. I think the park was created in the 1970's on former allotments so I presume the tree was planted then. There are some good specimen trees and many have plaques to tell you what they are, as pictured." Thanks for sending this location Chris. It's great to see that the council have taken the trouble to place plaques naming the types of notable trees.
