Thanks to Peggy for this find in Argaty and she wrote, "Argaty House was a baronial mansion whose outbuildings may still be seen, but 90% of the mansion itself was destroyed by fire in April 2011. It is located between Doune and Dunblane, Stirling. Part of the estate is now home to central Scotland's only red kite feeding station open to visitors and is managed by the RSPB and Scottish Natural Heritage. The Sequoiadendron was most likely planted in the second half of the19th Century when the house was extensively re-modelled by the Binning-Home family. Co-ordinates: N56.203845, W4.034811"
