Ardington - Ardington Hall (Oxfordshire)

Thanks to Mike for the above photograph of a fine example of a Giant Redwood in Oxfordshire. Mike wrote, "I was at a wedding in Oxfordshire at the weekend and stood below this whopper! I think its a giant redwood, am I correct?." Yes, it really is a superb speciment. It does look as though it needs a little attention though, as I can see the dreaded ivy is starting to take over the trunk. Its removal is not a job to tackle in a wedding suit however!
