Heather sent these superb Autumn photographs of Coast and Dawn Redwoods in The Chase, Woolton Hill, Hampshire (National Trust) Heather wrote: "This is just the other side of the A339 to Great Pen Wood where there is a Giant Sequoia already shown on your web-site. The Coast Redwoods were in a grouping of five and one had an incredible ‘barrel-like’ shape towards the base of the trunk. The map reference for the Dawn Redwoods is: SU4385 6262 The map reference for the Coast Redwoods is: SU4400 6275 There are more of Heather's photographs including non Redwood trees on her website.
