The young Giant Redwood at Mark Hall Farm was planted by the current owner's father-in-law to celebrate King George V's Jubilee in 1935. Around eight years ago the damaged top was removed and it was thought that the tree would not survive, but the new growing tip can clearly be seen pushing onward and upward! |
