Forest Hill - Horniman Gardens (London)

Coast Redwood - December 2022

Peter sent this photograph of a "bendy coast redwood at Horniman Gardens and museum in Forest Hill, South London. The museum said that at a young age it fell over, but has since started growing vertically. What3Words: letter.fonts.sugar The Horninan gardens also have 2 young giant redwoods, and at least one dawn redwood." Thanks Peter, that's an unusual find and it's a shame it couldn't have been corrected at the time it fell but it will be interesting to see how it copes in the long term.
